The Art Spirit Gallery’s June exhibition, “Epiphany,” will open with a reception and artists panel from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
“Epiphany” is a captivating group show featuring six acclaimed artists whose works radiate imagination, emotion and vibrant expression through diverse mediums: Painter Carol Aust, scratchboard artist Jan Baird, woodworker Jill Kyong, painter and wax artist Shelle Lindholme, multimedia creator Ryan Molenkamp and carpenter Troy Thompson, who all explore various approaches to storytelling through creativity. The artists’ voices are witnessed through their unique visions in this eclectic exhibition, which will run until June 29.
Upstairs in the “elevated” gallery, the Pro Voice Project’s “Worth of a Woman” is on display. It is a powerful exhibit sparking important conversations about reproductive health care in Idaho. The stirring stage production, “In Defiance of Silence” will be at 7 p.m. June 14.
